* Excellent 4 Season-Waterproof Fabric with seem sealed seams. Seam-Tape does wear out over time in some areas, yet over-all, very dependable in heavy rain. As a test, I kept this tent setup for well over 1 year in shaded area, and it's still holding up with no holes and no water inside! * Durable * Room enough for 2 people, and more in an emergency. * Plenty of Head room when sitting upright (for most people). More room when Vestibule removed. * 2-Pole-Cross-Set-Up/Break-Down in <15 min., but not easy in dark (Typical of standard pole set-ups) * Olive Drab color blends well with natural environment * When Fly is installed, low light does not bleed through unless directed at wall * Excellent 2-Door panels on each side of tent: ** Inside Door: Screen; ** Outside Door: Wall Fabric (polyurethane) * This 2-man tent is too large and heavy for 1-man on long range patrols unless other items needed are sacrificed for space to carry it. To decrease weight and tent volume, camper can pack tent only (minus the Fly), and rig a similar but smaller light-weight, waterproof fabric to cover the screening on top of tent to keep rain out. * Poles are shock-corded and 24" long when folded. (Poles can be modified shorter to accommodate smaller packing if needed). * Reason for 4 star rating: "Poled" tents cannot beat "Pop-Up" tents for expedient deployment / mobilization. Otherwise, this is the best Poled Tent I've ever used, and recommend it for 4 season, all weather conditions, with ops criteria dependent.
